Where required, training needs assessment can be provided by our Training and Development consultants who would work with your HR Department to identify, analyse, assess and profile your training needs in the most professional way that allows the easy determination and design of appropriate training solutions.
By the nature of our training philosophy, some of our training engagements naturally end up in a consultancy assignment. For instance, in trying to implement point 1-3 above, which may occasion a number of individual level, Unit-level, Department-level or Organisation-level initiatives, the client may require some advisory/technical support, which our consultants can assist with.
